Named for longtime ABCD Board Member, inspiring community leader and activist Thelma D. Burns, the building was stunningly renovated and dedicated to Mrs. Burns in May 2016. The Burns building hosts many ABCD events throughout the year, while also serving as a hub of activity for the community at large.
