ABCD’s three-year Strategic Planning process is underway!
Strategic Planning helps ensure that an organization remains relevant and responsive to the needs of its community, and contributes to organizational stability and growth. It provides a basis for monitoring progress and assessing results and impact.
The Strategic Plan is based on findings from a comprehensive Community Needs Assessment that helps identify gaps in services and opportunities for program development, interventions, or collaborations that can deepen our impact on the lives of low-income households and communities.
