ABCD was proud to be a part of this year’s Harvard Pilgrim Day at Fenway Park, an annual event that offers the official health and wellness partner of the Red Sox the opportunity to spotlight local nonprofits working in the public health space. ABCD President and CEO Sharon Scott-Chandler and ABCD Foster Grandparent Marylynn Johnson threw out a ceremonial first pitch to kick off a game between the Red Sox and the Tampa Bay Rays.
ABCD’s public health offerings have expanded rapidly over the past few years (see this month’s feature story), and our Health Services department is constantly working to increase access to public health resources and empower people to lead healthier lives.
