Gov. Maura Healey announced on Friday that her administration awarded $380,000 in grants to 13 community-based organizations to support restorative justice programming.
Restorative justice programming is a way of dealing with wrongdoing by bringing together those involved to talk, understand each other, and find solutions that repair harm.

- Metropolitan Mediation Services – Brookline Center for Community Mental Health, Inc. in Brookline: $40,000.00
- MetroWest Mediation Services in Natick: $20,000.00
- Mothers for Justice and Equality in Roxbury: $20,000.00
- The Greater Framingham Community Church in Framingham: $20,000.00
- The Mission Inc. in Springfield: $20,000.00
- THRIVE Communities of Massachusetts, via fiscal sponsor Community Teamwork, Inc. in Lowell: $20,000.00
- Tufts University in Boston: $40,000.00
