ABCD (Action for Boston Community Development) has named James P. Collins IV to lead the newly renamed Climate Equity & Impact Department as its director. James has more than 10 years of experience implementing large-scale energy efficiency programs, renewable energy and new technologies in the affordable housing sector at ABCD. James will oversee program delivery, policy and strategy. He holds a BA from Brandeis University and an MBA from the Boston College Carroll School of Management.
