BOSTON RENTal & MORTGAGE ASSISTANCE

Rental and Mortgage Assistance

ABCD offers support to individuals and families facing eviction or a housing-related hardship to help them remain in safe and secure housing. Staff are available to assist Boston, Malden, Medford  and Everett residents with applying for various funding resources.

MALDEN ASSISTANCE

Malden Start Secure – Rental Assistance

If you are struggling to pay first and last month’s rent for an apartment in Malden, we may be able to help. Click here for the Malden Start Secure Program flyer.

WHO QUALIFIES?

• Applicants must live in or want to move to Malden, MA and have an annual income at or below 80% of the AMI (area median income) level.
• Rent cannot exceed 75% of the household income. 

MEDFORD MOVE-iN program

If you are struggling to pay 1st and last month’s rent for an apartment in Medford, we may be able to help. Click here for the Medford Move-In Program flyer.

WHO QUALIFIES?

• Applicants must live in or want to move to Medford, MA and have an annual income at or below 100% of the AMI (area median income) level.
