You want to make a life for yourself. Get ahead. Find a satisfying career that’s in sync with your interests. Where do you start? Right here.

Who Qualifies

  • Income-eligible Boston youth ages 18 to 24 who are no longer in high school or college or working full-time.

Level up your career — and your life

Level Up is designed to help you find, prepare for, and enter the career you want. You’ll enroll at a local college to pursue a certificate-level degree. ABCD provides tuition assistance, a paid internship, and childcare assistance while you complete your degree. Additional supports (T passes, funds for IDs, food) are provided for as well.

You’ll also experience workshops, field trips, and opportunities to connect with professionals working in the field.

And you’ll receive individual job counseling and help with resume writing, job search, and interview preparation.

The program focuses on high-demand fields such as:

  • Health
  • Early childhood education
  • Human services

Bonus: participants who maintain at least an 80% attendance record are guaranteed a paid SummerWorks job for the summer.
