Kathleen R. Flynn serves in a Neighborhood Sector seat representing the South Boston area on the South Boston Area Planning Action Council (APAC) Advisory Board. Flynn is currently employed as a Deputy Collector with the City of Boston Treasury Department. She earned a BS/BA in Earth Sciences and Geography from Boston State College and is pursuing a Certificate in Geographic Information Systems at the University of Massachusetts Boston.
Flynn joined the ABCD Board of Directors in 1989 and is a member of the ABCD Executive Committee as a former Board Chair. She also serves on the Finance Committee, the Head Start & Child Care Resources Education Committee, and the Personnel Advisory Committee.
