Angela Williams-Mitchell serves is a Public Sector seat representing Boston City Councilor Tania Fernandes Anderson. She is a long-standing resident of Roxbury, a retired Boston Police Officer, and the first woman and Hispanic elected President of the Massachusetts Association of Minority Law Enforcement Officers. Williams-Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Human Services from Springfield College, Springfield, MA, and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice and Urban Affairs from Boston University.
Williams-Mitchell joined the ABCD Board of Directors in 2018 and she serves as a member of the Neighborhood Programs/ Planning & Evaluation (NPPE) Committee.
