Tana Boone, MBA, MSHE, serves as Chief Financial Officer of Action for Boston Community Development (ABCD), where she leads the organization’s financial strategy in support of its mission. With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, she has guided higher education institutions and mission-driven nonprofits through growth and organizational change. Her expertise includes financial management, strategic planning, governance, technology, and operations. Before joining ABCD, she held senior leadership roles at Dartmouth College, Lesley University, Hampshire College, and Greentown Labs.
