Rhonda Pieroni serves in a Private Sector seat representing Hearth, Inc. where she serves as President & CEO. Ms. Pieroni’s vision for the organization centers around ensuring Hearth’s current and future fiscal sustainability; expanding Hearth’s reach and capacity to serve more clients; improving the care and services provided to Hearth residents; increasing Hearth’s visibility and actively engaging the community in Hearth’s mission to end elder homelessness. Pieroni has an M.Ed. in Organizational Management from Endicott College and a B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
Pieroni joined the ABCD Board of Directors in 2023 and he serves as a member of the Elder Services Committee.
