Dr. Natalicia Tracy serves in a Private Sector seat representing the Greater Boston Labor Council AFL-CIO. Dr. Tracy is the Executive Director of Community Labor United, where its unions and community organizations fight for working class people and communities of color in Greater Boston. She was also Senior Policy Advisor at OSHA, U.S. Department of Labor, as part of the Biden-Harris administration. Dr. Tracy received a PhD in Sociology from Boston University where she studied the intersectionality of race, gender, family, and immigration policy.
Dr. Tracy joined the ABCD Board in 2025 and she serves on the Employment & Training/Youth Committee and the Grievance Committee.
