Josh joined ABCD in 2000 and previously served as director of field operations and legislative affairs. He began his career at ABCD as interim director of public affairs. Prior to that, he served as chief of staff for State Representative Byron Rushing and legislative director for City Councilor Thomas Keane. Josh holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Harvard University and an MBA from Suffolk University.
