Dr. Benjamin Sherman serves in a Private Sector seat representing La Alianza Hispana, a community based organization providing culturally and linguistically appropriate health and education programs to the Latino Community of Greater Boston. He is a Career Navigator at Jewish Vocational Services where he coaches clients who receive food and housing assistance, helping them find work or job training. Dr. Sherman has taught Philosophy at Brandeis University and
Medical Ethics at Boston University. He received his PhD in Philosophy from Boston University and has Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Music from Brandeis University.
Dr. Sherman joined the ABCD Board of Directors in 2019 and serves on the Health Services Committee.
