Angela Williams-Mitchell serves in a Neighborhood Sector seat representing the Roxbury/North Dorchester area on the Roxbury/N. Dorchester Neighborhood Opportunity Center (NOC) Advisory Board. She is a long-standing resident of Roxbury, a retired Boston Police Officer, and the first woman and Hispanic elected President of the Massachusetts Association of Minority Law Enforcement Officers. Williams-Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Human Services from Springfield College, Manchester NH, and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Urban Affairs from Boston University.
Williams-Mitchell joined the ABCD Board of Directors in 2018 and she serves as a member of the Health Services Committee and the Neighborhood Programs/ Planning & Evaluation (NPPE) Committee.
