Kyle Pardo is the designee for Associated Industries of MA (AIM). She is currently employed at AIM HR Solutions, a subsidiary of AIM, where she serves in the role of Executive Vice President. Kyle is a graduate of College of the Holy Cross and has her Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Emmanuel College.
Pardo joined the ABCD Board of Directors in 2024 and she serves as a member of the Health Services Committee.
