Introduction to Family Planning Training

A one-session course for community agency staff.

A one-session training including live and enduring material activities for health educators, outreach workers, and other community agency staff interested in an overview of family planning and reproductive health services. Participants will receive a certification upon completion of this course.

This training is designed for staff who are NOT working as family planning counselors in clinical settings.



Human Anatomy and Physiology, Sexual Health Basics, Reproductive/Sexual Health Basics, Birth Control Methods, Emergency Contraception, Pregnancy Options, Resources and Referrals. Participants completing the full course will receive a certificate of completion.



$150 (includes educational materials). No cost for staff of ABCD funded family planning programs.
