Fuel Assistance
During the Massachusetts State of Emergency, Fuel Assistance staff is available by telephone only.
ABCD is accepting applications for Fuel Assistance from November 1st – April 30th.
New ABCD fuel assistance applicants: If you are a new applicant and want to apply for fuel assistance, need home heating oil, kerosene or propane, or your heating system is not working — and you live in Boston, Brookline or Newton — call 617.357.6012. If you live in Malden, Medford, Everett, Winchester, Melrose, Woburn or Stoneham, call 781.322.6284. (Eligibility requirements apply.)
