ABCD's Access to Benefits program is a home visiting program for seniors for the purpose of benefits screening and enrollment.  Outreach counselors will visit seniors in their homes, screen for eligibility for a full array of benefits programs, will assist with benefits enrollment, and will do the necessary enrollment follow up.
