One-on-One Support to Stabilize Families
Each of ABCD’s neighborhood sites offer case management services to help low-income individuals and families identify and work towards goals for self-sufficiency. Case managers work with families over time to remove barriers to school and work and help clients access resources and benefits. These services can help parents find childcare, enroll in a vocational training program, obtain health insurance, and to accomplish an array of other goals.
