ARRA - Investing in America

The federal American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) was passed to create jobs and to provide help for people affected by the economic downturn.

Action for Boston Community Development, Inc. (ABCD) is responsible for ARRA funds from several programs—including Weatherization, Head Start, and the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG).
