4th-grader plays Santa for others

For most 9-year-olds, the best part of Christmas is getting presents. And Dorchester fourth-grader Marc Murphy wants to keep it that way. 
For the third year, Marc has organized a toy drive to put presents under the tree for kids less fortunate.

On Friday afternoon, December 14 at South Station, Christmas came early for 13 children from Action for Boston Community Development’s (ABCD) South End Head Start program when they received gifts collected by the MBTA and WBOS-FM as part of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation’s (MassDOT) "Fill-A-Bus" Gift Drive.
